At Mella Counseling, I work with adults facing change in San Marcos and across Texas: a career that no longer fits, a loss that has reshaped things, or the feeling that the life you built isn’t quite yours anymore. My approach is relational and collaborative. I’m warm, direct, and curious about who you are. And you don’t need to have that figured out before we begin. Sessions are in person in San Marcos or virtual anywhere in Texas.
A relationship ends, a chapter closes, or the life you built stops feeling like yours. We’ll make sense of what’s changing and figure out what you want next, at a pace that works for you.
Grief isn’t only about death. It can follow a divorce, a job loss, a change in health, or the quiet loss of who you thought you’d be. There’s room here for all of it, and no timeline.
Maybe your career path no longer fits, you’re weighing grad school, or you can’t tell what comes next. We’ll look at what matters to you and help you make a decision that feels like your own.
If you’re not sure where to begin, no worries! We can start with a 15-minute consultation call. It’s a chance to tell me a little about what’s going on, ask questions, and see how it feels to talk with me before you commit to anything. From there, sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, in person in San Marcos or online anywhere in Texas. You don’t need a clear goal to begin, and if we’re not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.
